Les Robots
: Mechanical men from outer space, presumably programmed by legendary producer Joe Meek to make astonishing instrumental music! They aren't from here, but they understand putting on a show like no other alien. They communicate in binary sound waves and love everything that squeaks and rustles. Activated in a secret laboratory, these Robots are the sonic messengers of something we don't quite understand, and that is exactly the intention. Their music is an intergalactic mix of instrumental surf, rock 'n' roll, early electronica, and exotica. From Dick Dale to Link Wray and from Joe Meek to Jean Jacques Perrey. These metal bastards explore every end of the musical multiverse. Or as they always say themselves: “0.0..1.0.1.0.1.0…-.-.-.-.- 0111-1-.-1-.-1”
