After having already performed at Patronaat in 2023, Josh Ritter now returns to our beautiful city for a concert at Doopsgezind Haarlem. He does this with new music from his twelfth album 'I Believe in You, My Honeydew'.

Ever since the beginning of his career, Josh Ritter has been compared to musicians such as Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Townes van Zandt, and Woody Guthrie. By now, he has built up a body of work that is perhaps almost as impressive, with 'Hello Starling' as one of the absolute highlights. More than two decades into his celebrated career, Ritter has written music that has transcended generations, with greats such as Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, and Bob Weir, among others, having covered his songs. In addition to being a musician, Ritter is also a successful author, having published the books 'The Great Glorious Goddamn of It All' and 'Bright's Passage'.
