Chris Potter Trio ft. Matt Brewer & Kendrick Scott

Trio of top quality led by master saxophonist.

Chris Potter is one of the most influential voices in contemporary jazz. With his inexhaustible inventiveness, exceptional technical mastery, and warm tone, he has been an example for an entire generation of saxophonists for years. He made a name for himself in the bands of Dave Holland and Dave Douglas, played as a sideman on more than a hundred recordings, and shared the stage with, among others, Herbie Hancock, John Scofield, and Steely Dan. As a bandleader, he has released fifteen albums.

In trio formation, his virtuoso playing comes to the fore even more. Potter is accompanied by bassist Matt Brewer, known for his work with Lee Konitz and Aaron Parks, and drummer Kendrick Scott, a regular member of the Blue Note All-Stars.
