Discover: Ronker + Grote Geelstaart
Some bands you'd rather see before everyone knows them.

There is little like seeing bands you think will tear up the big venues someday. So that in a few years you can say to your mates: I was there.

Ronker is a Belgian speed noise band. Think of the energy of Whorses, Lightning Bolt, and STAKE: lightning-fast riffs, big hooks, and unexpected excursions into piano and horns. Live, it is above all loud, frantic, and intense.

Grote Geelstaart takes a different approach. The five-piece combines noise-rock, disco, and post-punk with abrasive synths. Think Tramhaus, The Rapture, and IDLES, but with a distinctive twist. What starts out tight and danceable can easily derail into a swirling mosh pit.
