Hong Kong-born DJ, selector, and producer Gia Fu specializes in Afro-Latin music, particularly salsa and its associated rhythms. In her work, she blends her Chinese heritage with Latin American influences, exploring how diverse musical cultures can meet and enrich one another while challenging stereotypes.

Through her project 'Canton Mambo,' Gia bridges these worlds using music, research, dance, and cultural events. On Saturday, October 24, Gia Fu will present an evening performance as part of ADE, featuring local support from DJ Mickster (Fiesta Macumba) and Chico.
