On Thursday, November 12, Miss Meredith, the funky and spacey alter ego of talkbox player, singer, and keyboardist Chelsea Laverne, kicks off a new edition of INI Movement Jam Sessions. After that, the musicians take over and the line between concert and jam session disappears.

Miss Meredith flees to another universe, guided by her extraterrestrial funk talkbox oracle and inspired by greats such as Herbie Hancock, Reaux, Jamiroquai, Daft Punk, and Chaka Khan. Expect a quirky mix of funk, electronica, and otherworldly grooves. Alongside Miss Meredith, a rock-solid band is ready for the INI Movement Jam Session, featuring Anton Goudsmit on guitar, Rosan Asmussen on bass, Sanne Landvreugd on saxophone, and Robin van Rhijn on drums.

The jam opens at 9:00 PM and everyone is welcome to join in. Musicians take turns, new combinations form on the spot, and no moment sounds the same. Come play, listen, discover, and dance, and celebrate the power of live music and community with us.
