After a long break of over ten years, the Groningen-based band IOS is definitely back. The Dutch-language formation scored an immediate hit in 1997 (then still under the name IsOokSchitterend!) with their debut single Voltooid Verleden Tijd, taken from the album Hemel & Aarde. In the mid-2000s, IOS experienced a second golden age with a heavier, somewhat more alternative sound and hits like Hoe Het Voelt, Altijd Wel Iemand, and Uit De Schaduw. Since the major reunion concert at our sold-out Ronda in 2024, IOS is back in full swing: six new tracks have already been released and the eighth studio album is on its way!
