We call our communication wireless, but almost everything still goes across the ocean floor, via a vast hidden network of undersea cables. Koper8 transforms that invisible infrastructure into music: improvisation as a live broadcast, consciously preserving the noise – the crackle, the interference, the sound of the ocean pressing on the line.

Baritone and tenor saxophones are distorted by handmade electronic effects, drums influence the signal, and deep drones merge with psychedelic sounds.
