Spanish violists Marta García and Irati Pagola, together with pianist Daniel Juberias, present a program exploring the rich expressive world of the viola. All three are currently in their second year of the master's program at the Utrecht Conservatory, where their shared passion for chamber music has brought them together. This lunch concert focuses on the viola, showcasing its versatility and warm sound. The program includes 'Lament' by Frank Bridge, parts of the 'Sonata for Viola and Piano' by César Franck, and 'Drei Romanzen' by Clara Schumann. Through these works, the musicians demonstrate the many colors and expressive possibilities of the viola.
