Halt, conga line police! Having fun is an art, and Politie Warnsveld understand it like no other. Contrary to what their name suggests, this quartet from Zutphen is the happiest band to come and disrupt the order. With their infectious mix of ska, Balkan, and 2000s pop-rock, the band catapulted themselves to become the big discovery of the last Popronde.

But the country's run-down pubs soon proved far too small for this four-headed party monster. Popo Warra has just returned from a marathon of their first festival summer, with shows at Into The Great Wide Open, Jera On Air, Zwarte Cross, and Lowlands – where the band took on the always tricky Sunday morning slot. No problem at all; two minutes of bouncing and everyone had forgotten their hangover. And if they can bring a stone-crashed Lima to a boiling point against all odds, just imagine what they can do to De Helling on an ordinary Friday night? Anyone who doesn't mosh gets a fine.
