The members of the American metalcore band 𝗜 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 are very young, but sound as if they have already spent half a lifetime in music. The group draws inspiration from the screamo and post-hardcore of around the turn of the millennium – think of bands like Glassjaw and Mineral. The sextet started as Sw!tch and later became Sinema, the name under which the EP After The Flatline (2023) and the album Fear Of The Fall (2024) were released. Their new EP, released earlier this year, is simply titled I Promised The World, because as founder Caleb Molina says: 'This is us.' Promise kept!
