Berlin’s Refuge Worldwide and Utrecht’s United Identities are hijacking the Werkplaats decks for the entirety of ADE. From Wednesday to Sunday, the infamous radio crew and label are completely in charge of the cafe’s soundtrack.

Refuge Worldwide & United Identities present a visual and musical installation of vital, and in some cases overlooked, albums from the history of Black Music. Our DJs will be playing music from all the LPs on show, while guests can read texts about the social context of the music they’re hearing and check out the album covers.
