The music of the American dreampop/slowcore duo RUBY HAUNT may be mostly calm, but their work pace is anything but: since the band's start in 2015, the gentlemen have released ten albums. Eighties influences such as New Order, The Cure, and Cocteau Twins (who still remembers them?) resonate in their subdued, melancholic music, yet Ruby Haunt's sound always remains contemporary. The eleventh album Paper Halo is coming (release date: September 16, 2026), the first single Big Room is already out. Suitable for fans of Nation of Language, Black Marble, and Beach House!
