The album features new sounds with shimmering rhythm arrangements, more of Ty's own piano woodwork, and significant movements of strings and horns. A key to these new sounds was the collaboration with his associate Matt Yoka, whose filmmaking background brought a different sense of language, evident in the first single 'Fantastic Tomb'. The album is described as dark brown American noir bursting into a classic rock hoedown. The album will be released on May 30 via Drag City.
